Since 17.1 has a 20:00 cap,  to run two heats and stay within the hour class we recommend getting to the gym early to warm up and we will run each class with the schedule below.  We also recommend reviewing the workout standards on The Games website before coming into the gym.

0:00 – 10:00 Heat 1 Warm-up & WOD standards
10:00 – 30:00 Heat 1
30:00 – 40:00 Heat 2 Warm-up & WOD standards
40:00 – 60:00 Heat 2

15 burpee box jump-overs
20 snatches

Rx’d: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 50-lb. dumbbell and 24-in. box
Women use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box

Scaled: (Ages 16-54)
Men use 35-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box, step-ups OK
Women use 20-lb. dumbbell and 20-in. box, step-ups OK
