crossfit games 2017It’s that time of year again; the time when we all push ourselves a little bit harder for The Open!  If you have not already registered, go to games.crossfit.com and get signed up!  For the next five weeks while The Open is going our programming will be normal on Monday and Tuesday, slightly less volume on Wednesday, rest/open gym on Thursday (and make sure watch the workout announcements at 7pm), Friday will just be The Open workout and Saturday will be normal.
