This Friday (12/23) evening is our Christmas WOD and potluck.  In the evening we will have the WOD at 5:00 PM and the potluck to follow at approximately 6:00 PM and no other evening classes.  Sign up is on the warm up board in the gym. If you can’t make for the WOD still come to potluck and families are more than welcome. The more the merrier! We will have our regular class times during the day at 6:00 AM, 8:30 AM and 12:30 PM for those that can not make it in the evening.

On Saturday (Christmas Eve, 12/24) will have open gym from 9:00 – 11:00 AM instead of our regular Saturday schedule.
