One person performs the movement while the other holds the “Turkey” (Med Ball 20/14). Turkey must be tossed between partners every rep on burpees over bar, box jumps and wall balls; and every 5 reps on handstand push ups, toes to bar, snatches, thrusters, chest to bar pull ups and cleans. Burpee Over Bar is performed with both partners on one side of the bar. One partner holds the turkey while the other jumps over the bar does the burpee and then jumps back to the original side where the turkey is exchanged.
