Introduction to CrossFit Workouts
Next, attend one of our Free Introduction to CrossFit Workout that we offer. During this class we will discuss the CrossFit methodology, our class and programming structure, and guide you through a short workout using bodyweight movements that anyone can perform regardless of athletic background. After the workout we will discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss membership options.

The next step is completing the “OnRamp”, which is required in order to participate in any regularly scheduled CrossFit St Croix class. The purpose of the OnRamp is to work with a trainer to learn proper form and technique. During these sessions, you will be introduced to the basic movements and methodology of CrossFit that are needed to participate in our group classes. This mandatory training reduces the risk of injury and allows every client to learn the proper movements under the watchful eye of a professional trainer.
Once you’ve completed the OnRamp course, select the membership that works best for you, check the schedule, sign up and start working out with us in our CrossFit classes!
